Leg of Lamb 1 leg of Lamb 1/2 cup of chopped garlic 4 tablespoons of olive oil 3 tablespoon of kosher salt 1 tablespoon of cracked black pepper (or course grind) 1 tablespoon of rosemary Directions: Combine all ingredients (but the Lamb) in a bowl.
